Manufacturer Identification

I have a set of eight Sterling Sherbert Cups for which I am trying to establish a manufacturer. The cups are approximately 3" tall with a top diameter of 3 1/4". The markings on the bottom are a large V with the letters "BROS" stamped vertically within the interior of the V. The wording below says "STERLING REINFORCED WITH CEMENT" and the numbers 1 0. Each cup has also been hand marked with the identification number T 5575 B. Any help identifing these pieces would be greatly appreciated.
