Help to identify Mexican Silver earrings

Post by CopperTop »

I just joined today, so I'm hoping these photos post correctly.
I Recently purchased these at an estate sale. I would like to know the history of the maker and appoximate date they were made. I can't quite make out what is stamped, except the 925. I'd appreciate any help. Thanks

No eagle mark so they date prior to 1948. The mark says Hecho en Mexico (Made in Mexico). ANR is an unknown artisan as are most, it's rare to find a name to go with a mark. The mask design is a common one in Mex jewelry, the red glass isn't quite as common, they usually came in green or black glass and also Abalone and Obsidian.
