cream spoon Swedish?

When bought this spoon a flea maket in Nothern Minnesota 30 years ago I was told it was a swedish cream spoon. Is it? Image Image Image Image

The creamer is of Dutch origin.

Yes - a very clear image of the marks area is need for sounded information.

The creamer is of Dutch origin - XIX century I suppose.

Thank you for the image.

The left mark is the maker’s mark — but I couldn’t “see” the figure, letter or cipher of the upper line.

Second mark is the Dutch 833-1,000 fineness mark — in force from 14 December 1814 on.

The third mark is the Assay Office mark, with indication of place — by wear and tear impossible to could be “read” (maybe an A ? = Amsterdam).

Forth mark is the capital script year indication letter O = 1823.

Hello Fishnfowl

I think the little mark above the AVS is a wooden shoe.
The spoon was made by A van Streun
Who worked in Groningen 1816 - 1830 (the last year is not certainly known)
This would fit very well with the yearletter for 1823
