High Relief Flatware Pattern

Post by Sunny »

The flatware below is from a 24 piece tea set and the spoon is about 5-inches long.

I've had no luck identifying the pattern or the maker's mark. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The maker's mark appears to be flame but that is just my guess

Hello, the pattern is called "rose of Hildesheim", maker seems to be Wilhelm Geist of Hanau, Germany, founded in 1929. The mark is a small "w" within a larger pointed "G". Best wishes, Bahner

Thank you very much Bahner. I was able to find other examples with your information.

Unfortunately the first image was gone this morning so I will replace it here.
