Unidentified German Makers' Marks

The fourth item from below features an anchor, this appears to be "Truxa A. & Co." - Berlin, Ringfabrik.
I found this information on page 131, item 747 of "Deutsche Firmenstempel auf Schmuck und Luxuswaren (Teil 2)" by Beata Waliczek and Marek Rasala

Any thoughts about the maker for this piece? I've checked all the references on this website and a few books I have at home, but no luck.

Tom, I could not find this one in the catalog...

Mark is 900 followed by a crescent moon, crown, and then a five point star. I found two makers that use the moon, crown & star, but they did not match this one.

This is from a spoon set that consists of a large serving spoon and 10 very small ones, reminiscent of demi-tasse spoons.

The length of the large spoon in 8 inches.

Only the large spoon is marked.

Hello Tom,
on Monday Dec 23, 2013 I posted that the 19th mark (S with star) is E.Spitzbarth, Zürich. It still remains in Unidentified Objects!?
Another correction: A.C.Franke is A.C.Frank without e.
The just discovered mark of Josef Reiner is still lacking in German Hallmarks (see posts of R ingo from Nov 17th 2013.
