Identifying a Silver Maker Mark on this teapot

I've exhausted my resources trying to identify this maker's mark. Any info as to maker, and year of manufacture appreciated.

Yes, I saw that. It looks like the Jensen/LaPaglia mark. I'm trying to find actual items that may have the mark to see if they are similiar in style as well. Maybe that will help me date it.

The 57 under the sterling marl is clear but, I doubt is was made in 1957. Mu gut, and the fact is was my grandparents makes me thing it's older

The 57 is a catalog or pattern number, not a date code.

No further input from the original poster, and I've had no time to investigate, but will say that the pieces I've seen with the mark have been nice quality and appear to be mid-20th century. The Hamilton/Hamilton Silver Co., Inc. pieces I've seen (sugar/creamer sets, compotes, cigarette urns, etc.) would be of similar dating, usually seem to be of a bit lighter weight than the items with the "mystery" mark, and often have weighted bases - they also sometimes have similar two or three digit production codes. If Hamilton Silver Co., Inc. was the manufacturer, perhaps this trademark was used on their better quality items, intended to insinuate their being comparable to Danish silver.....

I tell ya Cheryl. It makes sense. Very possible my grandmother purchased it at Macys in the 50s.
