help identiying makers marks

I need help identifying these maker marks. I have both a silver necklace and a bracelet clamper style with 3 dk blue stones and they both have the same marks. the marks are sterling mexico around 925, a #3 eagle assay mark and unidentified initials. they looklike a "f" and a "e" with something else inbetween the two letteras. Has anyone ever seem these initials/marks?? help!!! thanks
