Hi,
I had no luck with "Faraone" or "Trabucco & Cia.", but the bottom mark is the Italian national mark from the fascist period used in Milan.

There are two different possibility
345 MI FARAONE S.r.l. Via P.Verri, 10 MILANO started 01/03/1947 still in activity 31/12/1971
71 TO CIRIO A. TRABUCCO & BURDESE Via Melchiorre Gioia, 10 TORINO started 02/12/1935 ceased before15/12/49
Maybe the item is made by Faraone and sold by Trabucco?
