Makers mark - not listed

I found this three piece porcelain covered dish and plate with French silver mounts, but I can't find the makers mark on the list of makers on this site. I was wondering if anyone could identify it. It appears to be an A F with a hammer between. I don't know if the porcelain itself is French but I have put a photo of the marks on as well. The silver is well marked with the minerva head on the rim and the crab on the smaller bits.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

The punch belongs to the manufacturer jeweller Adolphe Flogny, who was active at 26 rue Feydeau at Paris during the period 1902-1907.
