Manchester sterling spoon:Original waved pattern?

Post by madoad1 »

Hi!

I found a Manchester company sterling spoon, it have a waved pattern, but I don't know if somebody bended, or it is an original design. It seems to be an ergonomic design, because when you hold the spoon, it fits well with the position of the fingers. Again, thank you for reading my message, and thank you for your help.

Appears to be a curved-handle baby spoon that someone uncurled - the tip of the handle should be at the bowl (if the marks are on the 'front', the handle would cover them). Can't really tell from your pictures, but looks like it might be Baker-Manchester pattern Roger Williams, introduced in 1918.
