Welcome to the forum. The trademark on your spoon looks like one that was used by International. The issue date for the pattern might give a rough idea of when your spoon was being sold, but at least for myself, a full image of the handle will be necessary to attempt an identification.

Oops! I just noticed the complete handle is viewable. The pattern looks like it is LaRochelle which was issued in 1909. I cannot tell you when production stopped, but hopefully, someone else can.
