Huge Navajo? Coral Ring Marked SW or MS??

I got this beauty the other day and couldn't resist it the moment I saw it, so much so that I paid about twice what I would normally for a ring of the sorts :O Anyways, its signed, and most certainly looks hand made, the shank is a hammered texture and the Coral is free formed and so is the bezel.
Not sure what to call the styling, but its eye catching to say the least. All of this is my opinion and I may just think its all that because I LOVE IT but I would like to know a bit more about what it is and who made it, and possibly its tribal origin???

Let me know guys! I have tried finding some info out but its hard with it being clear and sensible in both angles.
