Hi,
I have discovered a mysterious additonal mark above the normal half moon, crown and 800 marks for this Bruckmann & Söhne cup. It is in a quasi tear drop frame and looks to me a bit like a bouquet of flowers when I look through a good magnifying glass but it is not clear enough to photograph well. Below is the best pic I could make in which it looks more like a single flower.
Any ideas what it could be/mean?
Thanks
PS For what it's worth there is a machine stamped "33" below the normal marks. The 33 is a bit larger than the 800 number.
