French silver plated set

Hi,
I have this silver plated cake set. There is mark on box "Rene Burckenstock Avallon" (I guess this is mark of dealer because I haven't found any reference of maker name Rene Burckenstock).
There are two hallmarks, on is number 5. in rectangle (that looks like french mark for silver plating thickness) and the other is letters "LGU" in shield with nine pinnacles crown.
I would appreciate any help with identifying this maker.
