Need assistance identifying cut glass with sterling rim item

Hello! I have not been able to identify the hallmark on this sterling silver rim. I believe the cut glass was done by Hoare, but am also not completely certain of it. I would like to add photos so someone out there can help me identify the maker of this beautiful piece, but I do not know how to do so. The hallmark looks like "WWW" with an animal sitting at the base of the letters. If anyone can help me upload photos I will be happy to do so! Thank you in advance for any assistance.
