Mark Indetification Please - Silverplated Pitcher

I have searched for these marks. They are on they base of a small beautiful etched pitcher that measures about 5 1/2 inches tall. I purchased it at an auction and I believe it is silverplated. It has a gold washed interior. I think the marks are British but don't know. I cannot make out the first 2. The 2nd mark looks like a man on a gondola with an oar. I think the 3rd thru 5th are B & S. That's a British silverplate mark. William R. Deykin & Sons, Birmingham, England.

Thank you so much Patrick!!! Would you also happen to know which mark is the date mark, mark 3 or 5? I am really trying to understand this!

English silverplate does not have to have a date mark like sterling. I believe the 3rd and 5th letters (D&S) just stand for Deykin & Sons.
