Unknown marks on cups

Hi all!
Maybe anybody knows these marks? I'm confused :-(.
I will be grateful for any information.

Hi, I believe it to be pewter marks.

I agree with Oel. "Sn" & "95%" indicates a 95% tin content.

These are clearly marks tin. Specifying 95% also shows that there are copies.
