P. Wolff & Co. registered their trade mark 'GLOBUS' (P.W.C. above the two globes above the word globus) in 1902. The trade mark 'Parlament - Premier Waltham Compages- written in script, in 1900. The trade mark 'VENUS' (P.W.C. above a six-pointed star containing a rose above the word venus) in 1898.

The business of A. Wieder later removed from Cologne to the city of Stade where they succeeded the firm of Hugo Lehn and traded under the name of Doublina-Besteckfabrik and retained the Doublina mark of a 'D' within a triangle They remained active until the 1950's.

Louis Bahner was the son of the silversmith, Anton Franz Hubert Bahner, and the grandson of the silversmith, Peter Anton Bahner. Louis's brothers, Anton jr., Peter and Wilhelm were also prominent members of the German silver trade.
Louis Bahner's mark was a star rising over the horizon.

The business was established by Friedrich Clarfeld and Heinrich Springmeyer.
Manufacturers of mostly plated flatware, however some silver pieces have been noted.
Josef Maria Olbrich and Ernst Reigel were employed as designers at Clarfeld & Springmeyer.

The monogram of Josef Maria Olbrich (1867-1908) incorporated in to one of his designs for Clarfeld & Springmeyer. Olbrich designed for many firms, including Hueck Metallwarenfabrik, Christofle, August Wellner Söhne, and Villeroy & Boch.
The name of the firm was restyled to Clarfeld & Co. K.G in 1931.

Peter Henkels registered the Gemini Twin trademark with the Cutlers´ Guild of Solingen on the 13th June 1731.
J.A. Henkels opened their first office in Berlin in 1818.
The firm displayed their wares at the major exhibitions, including the The Great Exhibition at London in 1851, the World Exhibition in Chicago in 1893, the Paris Exhibition in 1900, and the World Exhibition in San Francisco in 1915. The firm had a sales office in New York by 1883.
