Help needed to identify mark on silver 800 cigarette case

I inherited a silver cigarette case with the following markings. I do not have a zoom lens camera for a good photo.
On the inside edge of the case, two separate side by side in-taglio markings "800" and "UKA".
On the spring latch (to open the case) is a marking which looks like a 6-petal lilly flower (the leaves are wide at the base and narrow at the tips) with a stem and 2 long leaves at the base. There is also a letter S imprinted on the marking at the base of the flower.
On elastic band slit, there appears a rough marking which may be a warrior raising his right arm or weapon.
Can you help me identify the origin and date of this case.
Thanks
