Please help ID this Georgian Sterling Spoon Hallmark?

Hi Everyone!
Going through some Sterling I've acquired recently & came across a Georgian Sterling Spoon. "Old English" Pattern, approx. 4-3/4" in length.
In case the photo isn't clear, hallmarks include: Lion Passant, "p" (Assume this is year), King George III Duty Mark, & "SG" (Makers Mark). I also note a very faint "W" next to the makers mark. There doesn't appear to be a City hallmark though (this is where I'm stuck).
I'm hoping to ID the maker, City, & Age.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks & Best Regards,
Paul
