American Silver Spoon J&IC Mark

I believe that this is an American Spoon, but have been unable to find the maker's mark anywhere.
Any help would be appreciated!

My books show that mark being used by John and James Cox of New York City beginning in 1817.
Believe the firm became J & J Cox & Clark around 1831-33.

You're welcome. Here's a few inexpensive books on American coin silver that contain that mark.
Stephen Ensko's "American Silversmiths and Their Marks", Kovels, and an old book "Silver & Pewter marks" by C. Jordan Thorn.
The scan of marks below came from C. Jordan Thorn's book.
Here's a tea service that John and James Cox made, it's in the Brooklyn museum:
