Have a look at these lovely Kiddush Cups hallmarked in London in 1901. I cannot trace the maker. Can someone help ?

Suggest you look at London year mark for 1921, which your mark appears to be. This would agree period for Jacob Rosenzweig, although the bottom of the punch outline appears to be worn away. Company name - Rosenzweig, Taitelbaum and Co
.
