Barely legible mark...Maybe Gorham?

Could definitely use a hand figuring out the origin of this small bowl. I keep finding the letters, and the cartouche, but never together. And the center mark is completely rubbed away. For some reason I am thinking Gorham but I have been wrong before.

If anyone has a reasonable guess please let me know, thanks!

Hi WG9,
We've cross referenced the American marks section to include pages that list makers by initials, the ones on your piece are CS, though the archaic font makes this somewhat difficult to read. They are for Concord Silver and you'll find it here ->

Concord Silver Co began in 1925 in the old Durgin factory. Later taken over by Ellmore.
Thanks everybody

Man you all make me feel inadequate :) I have yet to put something up in this forum that stumps this incredible group. Thanks again!
