Makers mark I.D. please!?!?!?!?!?!?

Found this spoon metal detecting a old house site in a field. As you can see it is not in very good condition, however when I got home I noticed the engraving and makers mark. Now I am very curious!
Makers mark appears to be a fancy " CB " that I can't find anywhere.
The engraving is initials and a date of April 5th 1836.
