Spoon Question - Pat'd Sterling

I recently acquired several pieces of silverware, none of which I know anything about. I found these particularly interesting because they have dates ingraved in them, most of them along with the word "Sis." I honestly can't "read" the stamp in the back, but they do say "Pat'd Sterling" and have the letter "B" in addition to the stamp that I can't decipher. They all have different dates such as; Oct. 17, 1916; Dec. 6, 1919; and Sept. 23, 1921. Also, they are all ingraved in slightly different styles, so I am guessing that they were not done at the same time... Any info is appreciated, and I did the best I could with photos, but I just couldn't zoom in how I would have liked. Thank you!

The pattern is International's Devonshire, introduced in 1914.
