Norwegian souvenir spoon - TVØ?

Another mark I haven't been able to track down, TVØ. Anyone know the maker and possibly, approximate dating? Thanks!

According to one of my books, TVØ is the mark for Finn Øyen & co, Oslo

My reference book only says 1973, and I think that refers to the year the mark was registered. My guess is that the letters TVØ are the initials of the founder of the company, and that Finn Øyen is a son or grandson that took over in 1973.
I don't think the firm excists any more, I can't find anything about it. Sorry!
