I have been looking on the internet for a week to find out who made this piece. I can't seem to find this makers mark anywhere. It is a silver plated box with a hinged lid, made of brass construction. The size is approximately 5x8x2.5 inches. If someone knows, what was it used for?
And when was it produced?

More information on this piece.

I was just advised on the age of this piece from my friend. He told me that his Grandmother received this piece from a prominent Pittsburgh family she worked for back in the late 1920's, early 1930's. This could be made locally for all we know.

We are interested to know what style this is because of all the stamped people on it. It really shows a good image of the makers mark/trademark, but who is it?

Can anyone help?
