Hello all,

I have been all through the encyclopedia and have not found this mark. It looks like something that would be easy to identify, but it has me perplexed. I can't seem to find any makers who used a Gryphon (at least that's what I perceive it to be).
Perhaps one of you know who it is? I can't read the letters, I'm pretty certain that the middle one is an "S".
Thank you!

Hello.

Believe the letters are OSC.
Oxford Silversmiths Company, New York City.
In business at least from 1918 to 1950.
