Hello,

I've bought a silver bracelet. Thanks to the info of this site I know that this Finnish silver bracelet dates from 1978.

Now I'm still looking to find the maker of the bracelet.

I've included some pictures of the bracelet, the hallmarks and the makersmark.

I hope someone can give me some further information.

Is it a stylised horse or an " m " ...? Does someone has a clue ?

Your bracelet was designed by the famous finnish designer Karl Laine for Finnfeelings in 1978. See if you can't find the initials K L somewhere on a side of one of the links. The strange mark is the mark for Finnfeelings. It was founded in the '60s and is still one of the major producers of hand made jewellery in Finland.

According to you're reply that there was probably a K L makersmark somewhere I've looked it up...and incredible but true...there are seven, yes, 7 marks...I can't believe that I've never saw them before...I've must have been temporarily blind...

I've joint a picture of the K L Mark.



Now I see if I can ad those marks of Finnfeelings and designer Karl Laine to the Finnish database.
