Hep with Identifying Mark on Souvenir spoon from Holland

I have a souvenir spoon from Holland. Hallmarked "KERK, Marken". There is also a mark at back of spoon. Does anyone know what the mark means? Thanks in advance for your time. Any response is appreciated.
