Unknown hallmark and item

I have recently got some silverware from an op shop, I have no idea of this sort of stuff, can anyone help me with the following item.

Hello.

Your item is called a food pusher ( sometimes called a baby food pusher).

The letters EP stand for ElectroPlated. NS stands for Nickel Silver which is the base metal.

Don't know which manufacturer used these marks.

I also do not know the real maker, but I have serveral marks in my collection, very simular and can saftely state, that the crown, which is shown was banned by an act of parliament in 1897, because of the simular appearence to solid silver.
