large Mexican serving bowl..Identify mark...help

I need to know the maker of this bowl. With the eagle in shadow and a 1 on one handle and inside leg, I know most of the information, just not sure what the initials mean and the maker. It appears to have been double stamped. Looks like gZg......Thanks KEN
