Hello. Thank you in advance for any information you can provide.

I have the following service set and cannot seem to find out any information on it. I have spent hours researching patterns, etc, but no luck. Maybe someone more experienced can point me in the right direction.

The spoon and fork both say "Oneida LTD" on the back, but the knife does not. The knife has a "H" on the handle, but the spoon and fork do not. They are obviously silver since they are tarnishing, but are they silver or silverplate, and how can I tell?

For American pieces made after c.1860, if it is not marked sterling or .925 it is silverplated.

Can't help with the pattern. You might need a clearer picture of it to get some help.

The "pattern" isn't a pattern at all! It's simply the letter "H" with no other markings, or decorative things. Just the shape.

Thank you so much for your help! I assume these are after 1860 then? How do I tell?
