I found this beautiful fish knife and can't find the maker with the initial WSB. Even tried MSB in case I was reading it wrong. The next mark is a horse, then No1 an lastly a crown. the last 3 face sideways. The discoloration is tarnish. The handle reminded me of many coin silver pieces. Measures 12" long. I would love to find out any info I can about this piece. Thanks.
