Antique Repousse Box- Hanau Silver? Identification help

Just acquired this wonderful box. Thought it was silverplate at first. Was thinking it may some type of Hanau silver piece. It measures 3" x 2" oval. Hinged on the side. Gilt wash inside.
3 hallmarks on back, though a bit larger than normal. One looks like a crowned leopard head, a shield with bear in profile and two stars, and shield with something I cannot make out. Would love to possibly where and when it was made. Thanks.
