or platter spoons -- I've heard both. I have a 10" one by the Bateman's around somewhere.

Hello Wev.

Have not heard the term platter spoon before, but gravy spoon is close enough for me.
Also called a gravy divider and strainer spoon.

The divider in the bowl with vertical slits allows thick gravy to be scooped up in one half and strained into the other side.
