Please help!!maker, year and utensil??

Could someone please identify this makers mark, date code, as well as help me figure outwhat kind of fork this is?? The mark is down toward the end of the middle tine. I have no idea. I have searched this forum (lots of great info) high and low, but can't seem to come up with anything. If you can help me, I would be so grateful. Thanks in advance.

I think you have a toast fork,but am still searching the mark.
