Hello and welcome.
The CS mark is one that we have not been able to identify.

The pieces I have seen with this mark have all been silverplated.

Thanks for the reply. I saw that picture of the C.S. initials on the unitdentified mark site, but this is just a little bit different, so I thought maybe that might have meant something. Hopefully someone full of vast knowledge will see my post someday & be able to answer. Thanks again...I really enjoy the site. Very helpful!

Hello Lovin-
I agree with you, the styles of the two C.S.'s do look very different; perhaps your mark could be added next to the one that already exists? Also, I feel stupid here... but where have I seen that lickin' lion before? I just cannot remember. (anyone... anyone...)
