Austrian 925 with head and "B" mark

It appears to be Austrian but I can't find any images of the head in a round "frame" like this one. They the frame around the head is usually either flower-like or with 5 corners.

The "W" near the 925 is also a mystery to me.

The first mark on the left has a capital "B"with a dot above it.

Any ideas?

They are Polish marks, the 'W' indicates Warsaw.
