few servers unknown use Russian import marks 1875-1900

Please help to define what those servers used for.
The upper one is probably a patty server. I did not find anything but images for the other 4 pieces.
They are the part of a set including Carving and Salad pairs, besides shown items.
Originally manufactured in Austria or Germany as there is only one mark found - .900 engraved. Russian hallmarks for purity is 84 = .875

What are the lengths of these items? Are they more individual size (6-8 inches long) or serving sized (8-10 inches long)The bottom item looks like a cheese spade, for breaking off bits from a blue cheese wedge. the forks could have been for serving the same.
The pattern suggests they could have been used in a hunting lodge where meals could go into multiple courses with a cheese course certainly near the end of the meal.

The length is 19cm for knifes and 19.5cm for forks.
I thought the set is some kind of hunter's sets. If you click the larger image you might sea the design of the handle - "roe hoof" or "hirschkeule" (in German).
May be cheese servers why not? One- for white cheese and other- for blue?
More details.
Fork handle is very thing (6mm) and short (8cm). You can hold it only with three fingers, most comfortable in vertical position. Fork prongs are long (6.5cm inside)
Proportions of knifes differ. Handle is longer (10cm) and thicker (8mm). You can hold the knife with 4 fingers. The blades are rather short (6.5cm), could serve therefore some small pieces.
I guess meanwhile it is not possible to think out the purpose of old flatware by logics - you should refer to original source of data.

Hello, looks like classical German stuff. Pieces are (from above): cake server, cheese knife, two cold meat forks, butter knife. Patterns like that were made by several German manufacturers, e.g. Koch & Bergfeld. Best wishes, Bahner

Now I have a few variants to choose.
1. I do think that is a patty server not cake as it is not plate but bowed and the end is castellated.
2,3. Both variants: for cheese and cold meat, look realistic.
4,5. The knife does not look for me like butter spreader. And why there are two same forks for cold meat? May be this pair is for pate (pâté)?
