Sheffield Plate? And its marked 925.... is that possible?

Hi.
This stuff feels like plate to me- not that I'm the 'be all end all' - but can it be plate when its marked 925?
I think the plate is british because of the marking on the blades:
Trust Well Brothers
Sheffield England
But I guess that could just be the company who manufactured the stainless blades on the knives. I cant' find any information on Trust Well Brothers on this site or by doing a google search. So I can't verify it!
My last thought was that it could R. Lindsay- which I found on this site. The marks are similar but not exact. Again, I can't find any other info on Lindsay to verify it.
So basically I'm stuck with quite a few hypothesis and no answers!
Help!
Picture 1 is the mark thats on all of the pieces
Picture 2 is the mark thats on the blade of the knives.
Picture 3 is one piece of the set.
