Unknow Stamp

This filigree flower pin was tarnished almost black, but cleaned up well to show a bright gold vermeil finish. Then I noticed a stamp that I cannot figure out. The stamp is on the front of the piece instead of the back, which is also unusual. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Might be an Israeli piece, they do a lot of the filigree like that and I think I see an M5 cartouche. The other mark might be Hebrew. Don't know if the marks help date it. They still use old techniques in new pieces so can be hard to date.

Think you've shown it upside down, I suspect it is a Portuguese mark.
