Silver needle case - Please help with hallmarks

This is my first topic overhere, please forgive me my poor englisch, I'm from Holland.
Could please someone explain me in which country this silver needle case is made and who the maker is?

There's a silvermark of 925, a bird/eagle like mark with 925 beneath his neck (is this perhaps the dutymark?)
and a strange cryptic mark (the makers mark?) on it.

Both pieces are hallmarked.

Thank you all for helping me out with this needle case.

Hi Louise,
I believe the Bird head is a Portuguese mark from the city of Oporto. Tardy only illustrates it for .833 silver, so the .925 standard in use on your piece probably indicates that it is of recent vintage.
