I know it a sterling silver spoon made in london by Goldsmiths & Sliversmiths co. Ltd. in 1903, but I have no clue what type of spoon it is, if someone could help with some information on it that would be great!

Hi,
Welcome to the Forum.
Have you checked out:

I don't know if your item is illustrated, as, for copyright reasons, we cannot view, in the UK, this book, but hopefully you will find your answer here.
Sucessful or not, please let us know.
Trev.

Alright so I guess it's a Solid Silver Sweetmeat helper? It was on the same page as the fruit dishes.

I can't view the catalogue either, but I would have said it was a punch strainer.

In American parlance, likely to be termed a bon-bon spoon or scoop. Oddly, could find no reference in the G&S catalog, which is searchable, for "punch", "strainer" or "sieve".
