Can someone tell me what this fork was made for?

Hi,
Can someone tell me what this fork was made for?
It belongs to a family member in Paris, France.But somehow with this set of Hallmarks, i don't think it's French.If someone could tell me the maker, that would be a bonus!

Hi Alain,
It's a pickle fork. The maker is Henry Hobson & Sons of Sheffield.

Hello Trev,
Thanks for the information!
I have a pair of sugar tongs from 1898 by this maker but here i can't see
the crown and lion.
Am i right to think this is plated?

The pickle fork is silver plated.
