1930s unknown hallmark

Hello,
We have a tough one here...The stamp above all of Mexico Silver is obvious. C-Clasp and no government marks...very early
Then a sword with sheath below. Then the makers mark of a clear J and then a less than perfect g (not caps) then what is best described as a sideways S (on its back facing up). Followed by a long solid line (-) and what looks like a well defined OMEGA letter or upside down horseshoe.

(admin edit) A mystery right now and fantastic craftsmanship.
Hope someone can help...I used a 30 x loop so pretty certain what I am seeing .particularly the OMEGA as the last mark.
