Adam Adami? Amsterdam sucree spoons?

I am hoping to identify the maker of long handled spoons. I think the AA two dots mark may belong to Adam Adami, who KA Citroen cites as an Amsterdam maker 1727-1739.

My questions are these:

What is the appropriate term for this spoon? Is it a sucree spoon?

How were these spoons used?

Does anyone have further information about Adam Adami?

Hopefully you can see the A:A maker's mark, the axe and the Amsterdam mark on the back of the long handled spoon.
