MC or MG Dutch silversmith - Maas van Geelkerken?

Citroen includes some MC and MG makers but I think they are too late for the maker of this spoon with twisted stem and figural knop (a male figure).
I don't think it is from Amsterdam but I can't identify the city mark - perhaps Zeeland? or Utrecht?
I would appreciate any help with this. I suspect that it dates from the e. 18th century, but if you can offer any suggestions, I am grateful.
Thanks.
