Dutch hallmarks on ornate frame 1835 or 1935?

I have a small dutch frame with domed glass and would like some help on the date and possibly (if you can read the hallmark) the assay office. As far I can see the date letter is an A but I can work out the style and thought someone may be able to help dating from the style of the frame. I cant find a makers mark anywhere.

Hi Adam
From left to right. The Dutch Standard mark for .833 fineness used 1814-1953, The Minerva head or Office/Assay mark with the letter M(?) for the city of Schoonhoven, the Date letter V (upside down) for 1855.
I believe if you look carefully you will find a maker's mark as well.

Thank you Oel, I have looked everywhere for a maker but cannot find one even the marks I took are tiny.

Again thank you very much for your time

Hi Adam,

It's probably an illusion, but is that another mark in the yellow area?

Hi Trev
No that is just where the frame has been cast. I keep going round the outside looking far a maker but I can see none.
