Has anyone have any info on FRITZE & FINGER, RITTWAREN,

I am new to this forum and I will be trying to get some pictures of my silver online as soon as I can get a quality picture. In the meantime I was wondering if any one had any information on the makers FRITZE & FINGER. The hallmarks have a circle with a bear and the letter K. It also has a circle with the letter C in it. there is a zig-zag line (I believe it is called a diet where the maker tested the quality of the silver.) I also have some silver ware made by RITTWAREN which are newer. The last set I would like to see if anyone could help me with is HOEFER or HIEFER. The hallmark on these are two keys crossing each other and the letter B. What is unusual is that on set there are some pieces marked with //. They also have the zig-zag lines. I hope that I can get some pictures of some of my collection put online. I have many other pieces that just have hallmark and no names.
